WMF noticed an unusual amount of birding activity in Point Reyes this weekend. Turns out they’re looking for a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher.

There was a vegetation fire reported this afternoon just north of Point Reyes Station. Sounds like they have it under control. Really scary stuff with this wind and dry weather. Thank you to the first responders. (Thx CM)
