A new plot twist. According to this article, outdoor micro-influencer Chadwick Conover is working with Albert Strauss to bring Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Sec of the Interior Doug Burgum, and Ag Sec Brooke Rollins to reverse the TNC/Point Reyes National Seashore deal and restore ranching to the park.

"Conover in early May had teased what he called “big, big news” of an imminent move to reverse the deal and restore ranching to the park, citing a text he said he received May 5 from Kennedy.

“Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum, Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins and myself will come out there this month to make the announcement,” Conover said, reading the text over the phone. “You should tell the remaining farmers not to take the deal.”

The Nature Conservancy has been monitoring developments since the settlement was reached on Jan. 8. But so far “we haven’t received any details about a potential visit,” said Heather Gately, director of media and communications for the group’s California chapter.

Park spokespeople have repeatedly said they will not comment on pending litigation.

Earlier this month, Strauss convinced Jarrod Mendoza, fourth-generation owner of Mendoza Dairy — one of the four remaining dairies to take The Nature Conservancy deal — to hold off selling his cows a few weeks in hopes of an announcement from Washington. But Mendoza could only wait so long. On May 21, he sold 175 cows, holding onto a small herd of 20. Straus said owners of Nunes and Spaletta dairies are still looking at possible relocating their farms, but may be forced to sell their cows in the coming months if nothing materializes.

“I feel terrible. I understand people are having a hard time, relying on something happening,” said Strauss. “I can promise all these things. But if they don't see anything, and there's nothing happening, that's really hard when they’re under so much pressure.”"
